I have an Acer F5-573G-74P0 laptop, which I believe has different model names with slight differences in other countries. As far as I understand, there are also same model laptops with FHD screen versions so I think mine is also compatible for FHD. My screen has really poor quality and from different angles it's impossible to see. I want to replace my glossy 15.6 inch 1366 x 768 screen with glossy FULL HD (and if possible IPS) one. I dismounted the screen and Model No is B156XTN07.0

I found a video on youtube which has same exact model and screen with mine and the screen model no. on that video is N156HGE-EAL REV.C1

So I searched for that model no and found a screen on a 2 local websites which both claims "it is compatible with N156HGE-EAL, LTN156HL09, and it is FULL HD IPS PANEL", when I tell them my laptop's model is F5-573G-74P0, they said "yes it is compatible". But to be honest I don't even think that they checked it. Since I don't trust their judgement and not sure if it will work properly, I wanted to ask for help in this forum. There are several questions already but my model is different and not sure if they applies for my situation. Is it ok to upgrade Full HD, using IPS, and is it ok to use that N156HGE-EAL instead of B156XTN07.0

Thanks already.
