What to do when my problem persists after receiving my computer from acer ?

Hello acer community ! 
I have an Aspire 3 that wouldn't let me work properly. It slows down and randomly shuts down and restarts. I sent it to acer for repair but the problem still persist. 
My product is still in warranty and I would like to know if it is possible to ask for another computer or refund.
