My e15 (E5-576G-56FW) laptop keyboard is unresponsive except power button

My laptop keyboard suddenly stopped responding while in use. But if I tap cursor keys very quickly sometimes it works. Also the power button works without any problem. I tried all the methods like software updating and battery resetting which I learned from googling. If you have any idea about how to fix the problem please mention.

    Have you already opened your notebook to check the keyboard connection to the motherboard?

    Thank you for the help, but removing the base cover is against warranty policy. I'll visit a service center to get it fixed then.

    Check first if the battery reset solves the problem:

    As I mentioned above in my topic,it didn't worked. Thanks for the help anyway ;)

    Increasing the touchpad's sensitivity also changes the keyboard's response.
    Does the keyboard work again? Have you tried to reinstall windows by pressing alt + f10?

    Touch pad sensitivity is already set to high.And I cannot use keyboard to access bios settings ( In this case some says its a hardware problem not related with windows). Anyway I will try reinstalling windows. As there is no option left.

    NadunK did you figured out how to fix it? I got the same issue on my laptop (Aspire E15 576) and I did everything including reinstalling windows and nothing works. In the video below that guy replaced his keyboard, but it damaged some fixing parts and after all the new keyboard looks like unfixed properly.
    Did you do someting else to fix it or have you sent to service center to get it fixed? Thank you very much.
