HELP Acer Aspire A517-51 unexpected shutdown due to high temp

Hello ,

I am looking for some advise and help on my Acer laptop (A517-51) keeps getting a unexpected shutdown due to high temperature or hardware failure (event id6008).

Th laptop has an intel 8th generation processor with optane memory and 1tb Hardrive windows 10 64bit.
I have open and clean the cpu fan and system and re-paste thermal compound but no solution.
I have also updated the bios and refresh windows and I am still getting the problem.
What i noticed is that the cpu temperature operates at high temperature even on system idle approx. 85-95 degree celsius, and the cpu voltages keep fluctuating irregularly especially when the power adapter is plugged on.
When the the system is running on battery the voltages stay stabile. 

Any one had this issue and what you think can be the cause?

Check if your fan is working properly, or you may need to replace a new fan.
If it's not a fan issue, it may be a hardware problem, to protect your system files and personal data, please backup Windows 10 to external hard drive and clone entire hard drive to a new HDD or SSD just in case of losing everything.
