Acer Nitro 5 AN515-43-R1Y4 - amd video driver issue + GTA V crashing

After installing newest amd video driver(adrenaline), laptop's screen change tone(something between orange/red).
I browsed amd driver software and found nothing about this amazing ''feature''.
Only deleting amd soft. and drivers helped to return back the normal screen tone. 
I also tried to install video driver(a bit older) from acer website, and it was the same tone problem on screen.

B.t.w. i started installing amd drivers because of GTA V crashes after 5-8 min of playing without any errors, mb it s RAM problem? VEga 8 integrated video card taking away 2gb of RAM, and BIOS has no settings to reduce this ammount. So i have only 5.9gb RAM, seems not enough to play GTA V Even google chrome sometimes shows "not enough memory".

OS: Win 10 x64
ryzen 5 3550H; Vega 8; rx 560X; 8gb ram(5.9)
