Lag issues, please help me somebody...

I tried making a post about this before but it got 0 replies. My Acer Predator Helios 300 is lagging when I play games. CS:GO lags, my brother who has the EXACT SAME laptop as me doesn't lag whatsoever, and when I saw his computer it had like 50 programs open all at once and he was using the maximum GTA 5 graphics. What's wrong with my computer?? I don't know, I'm using Intel XTU to undervolt my laptop by -0.110 V. And my brother doesn't even need to undervolt...

I even tried wiping my computer and keeping all my personal files... It didn't work...

please somebody help me.. i've been searching all over the internet and i can't find a solution, when i play games and stuff my CPU gets to about 96 degrees. i'm already undervolting as well and it still gets to 96 degrees.

What is the exact model? Example g3-572-58vh. Have you tried to replace the thermal paste?

It's a PH317-51-66NY and I've not tried to replace the thermal paste + I've never opened up my computer and I'm worried to break something.

I would start by uninstalling the antivirus like norton for example. Then, press windows + r and type msconfig. Then go into services, hide microsoft services and disable them all. Then, see if performance improves.

none of that helps. its the CPU temperature or whatever. im getting really upset over this whole thing since my parents ain't gonna let me even open the computer.

and also, GAMING6698. i can barely run roblox ffs. i don't think you'll see results
