Wifi list won't show wifi connections Aspire ES1-572

I've already tried several solutions i can find on the internet. Some of them don't work some of them works but not permanently. Also i noticed the (i don't know if it is network or wireless adapter) is hidden in device manager. Hope someone can help.

    STEP-A
    1. Start Norton.

      If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

    2. Click Settings.

    3. In the Settings window, click Firewall.

    4. On the General Settings tab, next to Smart Firewall, click the slider to turn it Off.

    5. In the Protection Alert dialog box, from the drop-down menu, click Apply, and then select Permanently.

    6. Click OK

    STEP-B
    1. Start Norton.

      If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

    2. In the Norton main window, click Settings.

    3. In the Settings window, click Firewall.

    4. On the General Settings tab, in the Network Trust row, click Configure.

    5. In the Network Trust window, under Trust Level, choose the full trust option 

    6. Click Apply, and then click OK.

    STEP-C
    (Optional)(only try if above steps bow working)
    1. Start Norton.

      If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

    2. In the Norton main window, click Settings.

    3. In the Settings window, click Firewall.

    4. On the General Settings tab, in the Device Trust row, click Configure.

    5. In the Device Trust window, under Trust Level, choose FULL TRUST 

    6. Click Apply and then click OK.
