Acer Nitro AN515-53 Laptop wont boot or post after Ram Upgrade can only boot with stock RAM.

Hi I own a Acer Nitro AN515-53 527H.
It comes with 12gb Kingston RAM DDR4 2666 in two modules 8gb and 4gb
I am trying to upgrade to 32gb Kingston HyperX RAM DDR4 2666 in two modules 16gb and 16gb
After I install it, the laptop turns on but I see no ACER logo and doesn't boot.
ALSO, I notice that if I install 1 module of the 8gb OR 1 module of the 4gb it also turns on but doesn't boot.
IT ONLY BOOTS when I install the Original Ram in the original order that it came with.
Is there some kind of "Reset" that I don't know about that doesn't allow my laptop to boot without it's stock default ram?

Nevermind! I resolved the issue. I guess I had to wait about 30 seconds after the first reboot after installing the RAM. Afterwards, it booted, and now operates normally.0

I am bought a New Acer nitro 5 laptop 16g RAMAnd when i try to turn it on black screen
No booteble device and iz wont start upIs maybe Windows installed or not
