Aspire Model MS2310 is NOT found on the Acer website

I was given an Acer Aspire 7551G-5821 laptop, Series 7551G, Model MS2310, SNID: XXXXXX, S/N: LXPXF020490XXXXX. I have search the Acer website by model, SNID and S/N and this laptop is NOT found. If I Google the model it is obviously valid, so WHAT is going on with it ?

    Interesting that I actually found the model by using Google, but not by using the search feature on the website. So the info is there, I just didn't get any results for it.

    So, is there a reason why Acer support does not have information for the Acer Aspire 7551G-7471 Model MS2310, such as driver download, troubleshooting tips, etc? My 78 years old mother has the above-mentioned laptop that she barely uses. When powered on, the screen is black but the power button is blue as if it is on. I have tried resetting the power, reseating the memory and harddrive, with no success.

    Is there any resolution to this issue?
