Helios 300 PH315-51 cannot boot after BIOS update

Please can you help: I experienced the black screen issues in my Helios 300, constant freezing, etc. I installed the latest BIOS from the Acer website, and for a few hours it was working. But when I tried to uninstall an antivirus software, problems began to appear. First my sound and internet connection were gone. When I tried to reboot, "bootable device missing" appeared on my screen and I can no longer boot properly.

I tried to install windows using usb drive, but it cannot locate the hard drive. When using the command prompt, it says x:\source. Selecting the advanced options for repair (startup repair, system restore, uninstall updates...) were also unsuccessful.
