Hi you guys :D

I bought a new Acer Nitro 5 an515-54 laptop with 8gb RAM and wanted to upgrade to 16gb.
I noticed that it's very difficult to open the chassis of the laptop (the pins are very stiff) in comparison to many other laptops that I owned. Unfortunately I did scratch the buttom side of the laptop.
Any tips on how to open the laptop that will not make me fear of breaking the chassis?

Furthermore I can't seem to be able to install additional RAM. The RAM that I bought is compatible but it's hard to insert it into the RAM slot and the card is not going all the way in. It's not the first time I'm upgrading RAM etc. and I have never encountered so many obstacles.
Overall all outputs of the laptop feel very stiff (usb etc).

Any tips?

Stiff clips isn't anything anyone can do about, as for the RAM there shouldn't be much force required to install. Have you watched videos on how to install SODIMM? You insert at an angle, than push down.
