Aspire E5-575: Attempting to install Windows 10, BIOS not recognizing USB

Hello!

I got this laptop a couple years back, and swapped from it's original OS (Windows 10) to Ubuntu.  Now, I have need for Windows 10 again (in a dualboot).  There are a few problems, however.  From my understanding the only disk format my BIOS accepts is fat32, but the only available Windows 10 iso from Microsoft's website has a file which is 4.6GB in size.  This means that it is unable to be loaded onto a fat32 disk as fat32 has a max file size of 4.0GB.

I've tried using exFAT, UDF, and a few more formats but none of them seem to work.  UEFI doesn't seem to recognize the USB as a bootable device.  I also tried using the legacy loader, but that just fails immediately.

Another silly thing I tried was installing Windows 8.1, then using it's builtin updater to update to windows 10.  This worked... except I got a notification that Windows 8.1 is not fully compatible with my computer and as such would not be capable of performing the upgrade.

I'm considering flashing the newest BIOS update to see if that helps, but none of the updates state anything about adding boot capabilities (I'm currently running 1.25, iirc the newest version is 1.45).

Any help would be appreciated!
