i purchased the rgb predator mousepad but the quartermaster software isnt reading it. so i cant change the color, does anyone have a solution to this? greatly appreciate it!!!
If you've got the rgb predator mousepad and it doesn't light up when you restart windows. Then try this: #1. If you have anything plugged into it, make sure to unplug that first. #2. Go to "View Devices and Printers". #3. You'll see the mouse pad on the top. Right click on it and then click "Remove device". #4. Unplug and then plug the USB jack in your laptop of PC.
This method works fine with my mouse pad because I had the same problem.
First, double-check that you have a LIGHTSYNC RGB gaming mouse. If you do, download the Logitech G HUB software to change the LED (Light-Emitting Diode)backlighting effects on your mouse. Select the LIGHTSYNC tab > Color and use the slider, RGB fields, or the color swatch tool to pick a new shade.
