I'm using a Predator Helios 300 (PH315-52 model). My laptop doesn't recognize the headphones sometimes. A restart is solving it for now. But I'm more worried about it. I'm facing this for a few days now. I can't see anything at Realtek audio console too when this is happening. Do help. Thanks in advance.

    1. Make sure your headphones are properly connected to your laptop.
    2. Right-click the volume icon on the bottom left of your screen, and select Sounds.

    3. Click the Playback tab.

    4. If your headphones don’t show up as a listed device, right-click on the empty area and make sure Show Disabled Devices has a check mark on it. If your headphones are disabled, it will now show up in the list.

    5. Right-click on your headphones and select Enable.

    6. If your headphones aren’t your default device, click on your headphones, then click the Set Default button at the lower right.

    7. Click OK.

Uninstall RealTek Audio Console, reboot and you will not have this problem anymore.
