Hello,

I purchased an Acer Spin 5 model SP513-52N-55LV  on 2018 but unfortunately I had a problem with its motherboard and the technician told me it needs to be replaced.
However I could not find the exact model in order to look for its price.
Does anyone know where I can find this information?

Have a look at this motherboard from newegg at: https://www.newegg.com/p/1HD-0053-00226 this is a "NB.GR711.002 ACER MOTHERBOARD UMA INTEL CORE I7-8550U 8G DDR4 SPIN SP513-52N SERIES" its not exactly the same but its an alternative motherboard that will fit your case of the Spin 5 model SP513-52N-55LV, its not cheap but if you need to replace your motherboard then this is an alternative

@koalanichols the one that @StevenGen links will work, and be faster than what you started with. The Acer part number for yours is NB.GR711.004. The difference between different motherboards is primarily the processor, the .005 is an i3, the .042 is an i5, the .002 is an i7, each with 4GB of ram, the .001 is an i7 with 16GB of ram. Some searching should find you what is available on the market from there. I'm guessing there were originally plans for an i5/16GB model which would have been the .003, but it didn't some to pass.

You would search for the NB.GR711.001 part number. It might only be available to some locales...
