When the laptop is not plugged into the charger, it will shut itself down without warning after anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes despite the battery always being at least 55% and above (just to mean that the battery has charge).
I've been experiencing this issue for about a month now and have tried multiple remedies without success. These are the remedies I have so far tried:

Restarting computer
Restarting battery using pin hole (multiple attempts)
Restarting battery back to back using pin hole
Updating drivers
Adding paper (pressure) to the switch which activates the battery when the laptop is unplugged

If anyone is aware of this issue and has a recommendation for a remedy that I didn't list above, could you please let me know and list it. I'm on the verge of needing to buy a new laptop otherwise, unless a new battery would do the trick (which I doubt is the problem).

Thank you!
