I can't get the front panel off my Acer Aspire GX-781

My power button all of a sudden doesn't work and it doesn't make the iconic click noise when I press it.
Therefore I wanted to open the front panel so see if I could fix it but I am unable to do so. I have unhinged the three little black tabs on the side, but when I try to swing it open it seems stuck. Is there a screw or something I need to remove beforehand? The computer does not have a ODD drive.

    Hi,
Have you checked whether you have a dummy cover in place of ODD?

Hi Brummy, I apparently just had to use quite a bit of force and that prayed it open. Thanks
