Hi, I just bought an Acer Aspire 5 A515-52-55LB, so far I love it!

But I have two questions that I cant find the answer searching on goolge, so maybe someone here could help me.

1- Can I install an additional SSD to this laptop? I dont mean replacing the HDD, but adding an SSD along with it.

2- I want to install a Linux Distro in another partition, to dual boot windows and linux, but the notebook already has 4 partitions, so I cant make a new one. Said partitions are:

 Partition ###  Type              Size         Offset
  -------------  ----------------  -------  ---------------
  Partition 1    System          100 MB     1024 KB
  Partition 2    Reserved        16 MB      101 MB
  Partition 3    Primary          930 GB    117 MB
  Partition 4    Recovery        1024 MB   930 GB

Is there a way to delete one of them safely? Or it is impossible to do so?

Thanks in advanve!

    Good evening Frangz !

This model has the motherboard Sata 3 interface connection and an M.2 slot for SSD in factor 2280 for both Sata 3 and PCIe NVMe Gen3x4

It is possible to install a dualboot Linux distro.
The reserve and system partitions in no way prevent.
