Acer Aspire E15 has freezing issues and WHEA Uncorrectable Error BSOD since screen replaced

I have an Acer Aspire E15 (E5-576G-5762). The screen broke and this was replaced by another screen this week.

Since it was replaced, I the laptop has been crashing. This happens occasionally when it is off charge, however when it is on charge it happens within the first 5 minutes of being turned on, or as soon as it is plugged in if the laptop was already turned on . It either just freezes, and needs to be restarted by holding the power button, or it BSOD's with a WHEA Uncorrectable Error, however it gets stuck on 0% and will only restart by holding the power button. It does not create a dump file.

The laptop also heats up much more than it used to, including around the plastic at the bottom of the screen.

Is it possible that the replacement screen could be causing this? I'm not sure how it would, but I otherwise am not sure why it would suddenly start doing this now. Any other suggestions?

I have done the memtest for RAM and that found no issues.
