Site specs and advertising conflict

I've been investigating a system upgrade. My current build is nearly ten years old and while I built well, there are now games being released that my system cannot run even at low settings. While I don't intend to jump to bleeding edge (my budget doesn't allow quite that much), I'm finding that home-built systems no longer dominate the field compared to 'the old days'. I might save a little money... but not enough necessarily to save the time and security of having a warranty... anyway, debate for another time.

In checking out Acer gaming system builds, I happened on the listing for the Orion Predator 9000, listed at $3300 (approx). For that price tag, the listed specs (an i7 8th gen chip, original series RTX 2080, 256 GB SSD/2 TB HD, and 32 Gb DD4 RAM) is pretty lackluster. Which seemed odd, because most of the lower spec models (including an actual i7 model) seemed priced fairly appropriately. And then I scrolled to the graphic advertisement for the model... which looks nice, btw... and THAT shows a system running an i9 and TWO RTX 2080 Titans with 11 Gb each in SLI. And THAT is a completely different animal for a $3300 price tag.

So.. first of all... nice model and price tag... please confirm that that is actually what you're selling and at that price. Then, please do yourself a BIG favor and make it more obvious - get rid of the faulty spec data. Call me crazy but if you get those real specs visible in connection with that price tag and you are going to get some more sales. Probably from me, for one... if I can figure out the budget for it... but I'm not likely to be the only one. Because THOSE specs, if I'm reading them right? Most of the 3k priced models I've seen are only at 16 GB RAM and only have the 1 graphics card.

Evidently, this isn't a good method of contacting Acer about their site...
