Hi all, in a bit of a pickle here...
I recently did a full update of my Aspire TC-220, including driver and Windows Updates and wanted to update the BIOS. I had never done this before and followed the instructions on Acer's website, downloaded the appropriate one (or so I thought) which was P11-A4. I was on .A3 beforehand. Well, fast forward and now my computer won't boot into Windows, giving me the "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart". I couldn't entirely see the error message, but I am pretty sure it's "INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE". I've stumbled upon many posts about this happening with this same computer model but on Windows 10, however I have Windows 8.1 (yikes). This couldn't have come at a worse time as I need access to a Windows computer with a CD drive to file my income tax before June.

Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers.
