Resetting Windows 10 and reinstalling Predator Sense

I want to reset Windows 10 for my Orion 3000. But I found two issues. If you could give me some advice, that would be great.

(1) I have created a "Windows 10 Recovery USB Disk" from Acer Care Centre. This recovery USB disk is created successfully and bootable. In the first reboot (via the USB disk), I chose recovery from this USB disk. But in the second reboot, the PC ignored the USB disk and changed to boot from my hard disk (i.e. the SSD of Orion). Finally, I gave up recovering from the USB disk. I can only recover my system through the following steps.

1. Press & Hold down the ALT Key
2. While holding the ALT, press Power button then as quickly as possible tap on the F10 multiple/repeatedly times until an Acer Blue boot screen appears
3. Select "Troubleshooting"
4. Select "Reset this PC"
5. Select "Remove all personal files and data"
6. Select "Remove files and clean the drive fully"
7. Select "Reset"

This method indeed can reset Windows 10. But the new Windows is actually NOT the original Acer factory default. For example, if you have installed some Windows language packs before, you can see the new Windows still keeps some language settings made before. I want to know how to TRULY reset Windows 10 to the Acer factory default state using the recovery USB disk.

(2) After doing the seven steps above, I can get a new Windows 10 (although not the Acer factory default). However, Predator Sense disappears! It is installed in the folder (C:\Program Files\Acer\PredatorSense Service), but there is no way to lunch it. Many people have discussed this issue (https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/544494/predator-sense-is-not-working-acer-predator-ph315-51-574a). And their solution is to execute/reinstall a file in the bundle of Predator Sense. This method works on my system. However, reinstalling Predator Sense "every time when I want to launch it" is really strange and tiring! Do you have better ways to launch Predator Sense?

Thanks.
