Maybe it is kind of late! but I ran into the same problem with my Acer V15 Nitro after installing Win10 Home Edition 64 bit and making sure that the Acer Care Center app gives me the "up to date" sign for all drivers. Then, I installed  "Quick Access Application", but it did not work. Then I used "driver boost" free driver update software and updated many drivers, yet the problem was still right there! I gave up and the next day, without expecting that it might make any difference, I installed the "Bios Acer" driver update from the website and then "Quick Access Application" one more time! Fortunately, this time, it worked!!! I literally have no clue which part of this presumably-pointless-endeavor made that change! But it worked and I am happy about it!
