This issue appeared after failed attempts at dualbooting Windows 10 and Manjaro. I decided to completely reinstall Windows 10 fresh on the computer after cleaning all partitions. The issue persisted after fresh installation. Previously had BIOS settings access issues with (what appeared to be) corrupted Microsoft and grub bootloaders. I was trying to fix them with the bootrec /fixmbr and bootrec /fixboot commands, this was follows by the boorec /scanos command showing 0 Total Windows installations.
  • Hello! Did you really delete all of them and intend to reinstall windows using a microsoft iso?

OK! In the bios, create a password on setsupervisorpassword to disable secureboot. Then, set the boot mode to uefi and activate the f12 boot menu.

After making this configuration in the bios, format the usb stick in powershell as an administrator:
    diskpart
    list disk
    sel disk x
    clean
    convert gpt
    create partition primary
    format fs=fat32 quick
    assign
Then, download the windows iso on the computer and not on the usb stick: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209
I'm not sure if the iso is x86 or x64. Can you provide the exact model of the notebook?
