Missing Programmes

I wonder if anyone can help me.

I have this Acer 7741G that originally had Windows 7 on it. I then updated to Windows 10 several moths ago. I've had a problem with it so carried out a restore which didn'solve it. I then did a system reset which solved the problem. However, I am now unable to open hundreds of WPS files!!!!!!
I went onto Microsoft and they went through various things with me but all to no avail.

They said that I would have to contact Acer to get back the programmes that were on originally.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

Standard Acr software is available on the support page for your model.
.WPS files are opened by default as Microsft Works
