Overheating Predator helios 300 g3-571

im using this laptop for 3 years and in the 1.5 years later i had issues with performance and send it to acer support they said it was overheating and they replaced heatsink (it cost me 900tlr nearly 120 dolars)
and after my pc cameback it fixed my issue with performance but not with overheating problem i used it as is for 6 months and now games started having drops again after the drops i repasted my self with arctic mx-4 thermal compound and im still having same heats what is the problem here

heats after 1 hour of gaming (FFXV ultra) bot around 95C
did i checked if my paste is making surface contact 100% : yes i did nd its making surface contact 100%

I lowered my tempetures to 95 to 70 by just cleaning the fan [also repasteing ] here is the guide i used to clean my fans

1)download and run DDU program to clean uninstall your gpu driver then install latest nvidia software your gpu
2)update your bios version to latest

i mananged to undervolt.my cpu it went.donw.to 88 from95 but gpu is still burning in the same heat 95c can i do anything.about it.i tried to.undervolt it.but i couldnt.do it properly so it didnt.changed anything

Can you check the temperatures with the hwmonitor?

Go to the power options and do this:

I saw your photos. Did this overheat occur after any windows update? I ask this, why are some users claiming that windows is blocking undervolting.
