hello,
I read on a previously closed thread about the buzzing noise coming from speakers under full load on g9 series (https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/534951/acer-predator-g9-593-buzzing-noise-coming-from-speakers-under-full-load-with-video) and I too have encountered it. Unfortunately it was disregarded by my local Acer service provider after many reclamations. The laptop ended with a fried motherboard (fortunately) and they did replace the part because of the warranty. There was no buzzing noise for next 6 months but then it reappeared. Until then my warranty expired. I am forced to work on my laptop in a low performance mode with CPU arround 900MHZ since then. I recently discovered that you as a company acknowledged this error as manufacturer fault ("We would like to apologize again to all users who are experiencing the reported issue with their Acer Predator G9-593 or G9-793. The resolution is to have the unit sent to an authorized Acer repair facility. ") I contacted the Acer service provider in my country (Serbia) and they told me that they have to charge me this repair. I want to know is it against the announcement that you made and if the only way to repair this problem is by replacing the motherboard.
