What happened to my Helios 300 CPU Fan?

Hello Hello!

So ... I bought my Helios 300 in July - August 2018. Its model series is PH315-51-76XQ. My CPU fan had worked with no issues for its first year but after that it started to make a buzzing sound, which is very annoying, but it would score its regular rpm speed. This persisted, until a couple of days ago when my fan just died ... I guess. I can even "hear" the system struggling to turn it on something like a switch flip, a short buzz and then silence and this thing happens a few times within a minute. I think it cannot be a software nor bios problem because the GPU fan works fine and I am constantly switching between Windows and Ubuntu via DualBoot, and my fans would turn on on both OSes when setting them on auto. When getting to Predator Sense and putting the fans to max the GPU fan goes to 6100+ rpm which is typically normal and the CPU fan climbs up to 4700 for like 30 seconds then goes down to 0 and time by time scores something like 700 - 800 rmp, but physically I can tell it's not moving anymore.

I want to know if it's about time to order a new fan and to replace it, or anybody has any other advice?

Thank you in advance! =D
