Ordered an Aspire 3 laptop, but haven't received confirmation email!
Hey, so I ordered a Aspire 3 (A315-41-R14K) laptop yesterday from the Acer online store, and have yet to receive a confirmation email from them. Despite my bank account being charged for the transaction no less. Is this a normal delay, or do I need to contact someone? And if so, who do I need to get in touch with as I'm having a hard time finding direct contacts outside of technical support issues like repairs? At the time I did not have an account with Acer, as I had to make one to ask this question, so the transaction is not logged there and I don't know where else to turn. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
