randomly black screen problem

hello, guys, I have an Acer nitro 5 the models is: Nitro AN515-42  and I have a problem when I use my PC it goes to black screen randomly for example when I watch a video on youtube or watch a series episode it goes randomly to a black screen but I able hear the sound and pause or play the video but the screen still black and when I turn to sleep mode and turn it on again it runs normal but after 5 to 30 mins the problem appears again... please help me I have this problem since a month again but now I can't solve this I tried all the troubleshooting videos but no result

    First, update your Radeon RX 560X graphics driver "Revision Number Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.4.2 Optional" 4/23/2020 size 479 MB from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500x-series/radeon-rx-560x if that doesn't fix your problem then open the case (if you have the expertise and knowledge to do this, otherwise get an experienced technician to do this) to see if your laptop is clean inside especially the fans and also repaste the CPU/GPU (use the pea method) and use a good paste, I suggest using the "Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut" paste. Try these methods first as that is probably why your graphics blacking out and not working. Let us know how this works out, cheers.

    thanks steven I will try the second method because the first one didn't fix the problem but I think the second one will help me thank you when I try it I will repost and tell you that help me
