Hi there,

On my keyboard, when I go to enter my pass code to unlock the laptop, I can use a specific letter and it is correctly entered.
When I’ve unlocked the laptop and go onto the internet (or any page)  I try to type certain letters/numbers and a complete random letter/number is entered instead.
Can anyone help?

Thanks a lot!
