Had this laptop about 5 months. It is now a good machine after a troubled beginning.

2 issues needed to be resolved before the potential of the machine was delivered.

1/ wi-fi would stop working. The network adapter- Intel AX201- would work fine then crash and not be found by windows 10 until the next day. The eventual solution was to send it back to Acer for a 'software fix'. Just wish the software fix had been given to me to apply rather than wiping and sending the machine away for a week.

2/Once the above issue was resolved the machine would 'blue screen' every couple of days, searched through event logs and investigated the errors without much success.
It appeared to be either a physical fault with the RAM or a faulty driver was causing the crash. Checked the 'Acer Care Centre' software / Acer website / Windows updatae and all my drivers were reported to be up to date. Then i used a third party tool to check my drivers and it reported a number of updates were available.
I used the free open source tool - Snappy Driver Installer - to find and install the drivers and the blue screen issue disappeared!
Sorry i cannot tell you exactly which driver was causing the problem.
If you have trouble with function keys not working after the driver updates, try uninstalling 'ELAN EzTouchFilter' driver.
