Helios 300 GPU Screen Tearing / Lines Issue While Gaming

This all began when I experienced a crash on Dead by Daylight. Since then, whenever I start the game I notice sporadic lines across the screen, shortly after the game will crash. I tried every fix that I could find on this issue. Eventually I was able to play by downloading MSI afterburner and underclocking my GPU, turning my power settings to balanced, and lowering the in game graphics settings. This felt like a very temporary fix so I downloaded heaven benchmark and ran that. I noticed the same thing in the benchmark, massive amounts of lines sporadically racing across the screen. People on the Dead by Daylight forums said this is a GPU overheating issue but my heat doesn't go above 80 C while playing this game. Has anyone had this issue? I feel like I have tried everything short of reformatting or using my warranty. Here is a video that I took of the issue https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=20wLs6Q9wF0

Has anyone encountered this before? Thanks for any help.

Download DDU(display driver uninstaller) and download latest nvidia software for your model.
Then save nvidia software in download folder and move ddu in desktop.

Now boot in safe mode and run ddu program select→gpu→clean and restart

After restart you will boot in normal mode now 1st turn off your internet connection and disable your antivirus if you installed any, if not then disable real time protection from settings

Now run nvidia software and install then restart your laptop and check if issue still persist
