I am planning to buy a GT 1030 low profile from Gigabyte, and a XPG Gammix s11 pro 256 GB m.2 ssd for my Acer Aspire TC-330 EB11. With these two upgrades, would i need to invest in a case fan to improve the longevity of my computer and also, what case fan would fit in my PC?

It wouldn't hurt to put a fan in, though it will likely give you a bit more noise. If you measure the mounting holes on the back I believe you will find that either an 80mm or 92mm fan will fit. The System_Fan connector is on the edge of the MB near the memory and it looks like it's a four pin connector, so you'll want to source a four pin fan. I believe the four pin gives the MB feedback as to fan speed and allows changes in speed as needed by the environment.
