Acer Nitro AN515-54 microphone not working

Hello,

I have two different sets of headphones that do not work with the laptop as the microphone does not get picked up when I plug into the jack. I have tried reinstalling the Realtek drivers from the Acer support page and have tried other solutions that users have posted on this support page. 

Here is the current driver I have:



For whatever reason I am not able to get to Realtek Audio Console as I have seen in other solutions. I tried uninstalling the drivers and installing ones such as the one mentioned in the post in screenshot below but to no avail:



Please if anyone has any suggestions or fixes. The only headset that works is my work logitech usb headset, but my two gaming headsets (Steelseries Arctis 3 & HyperX Cloud Stinger) that connect to the dedicated 3.5mm headset jack do not.
