Acer repair case help.

I recently have requested a repair case, and when I checked the status, the website simply said 
  • Your repair case is currently suspended and we are unable to move forward with the repair process at this time.
  • Acer will attempt to contact you with the information we have on file, so please check your voicemail and email for more information.
  • If you have not been in contact with an Acer representative, please contact our support team.
with no other context. I never got a voicemail or email about this. The link brings me to a page that does not actually help me contact them. My computer is still under warranty and my issue is one that should be fixed by the warranty. I would just like to be able to contact an actual person to figure this out. Does anyone have a phone number or an email address I can call? I really want to fix my computer it's extremely faulty and potentially a safety hazard.
