ACER Aspire 5532- Unable to restore due to error code 1117

I have a ACER Aspire 5532 (Windows 7) and once turned on it says:

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware of software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1.Insert your Windows installation disc and restart the computer.
2.Choose your language settings, and then click "Next".
3.Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Status: 0xc000000f

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

I decided to restore the laptop to factory settings by inserting the System Disk (only one) and 3 recovery disks...everything goes right until the end of the 3rd disk when the system prompts the following error code 1117 I/O device error.

Any guidance will be much appreciated

Regards

From the little bit of information, I'm suspecting a hard drive issue.

We would suggest contacting technical support in your region for further assistance with this issue.

Dear Acer-Tommy, it looks I am out of luck. My serial number and/or SNID is not available for support in the link you sent me. Do you have any advice to follow or more information you need to make a better assessment on my problem. I do not care about the data in the hard drive I just want to start over. Thanks.
