So I just purchased a new helios 300 latptop (1660ti and i7-9750H) and have experienced significant graphical artifacts when using the 'fast' and 'extreme' overclocking settings in PredatorSense to the point where these settings are unusable. In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, large portions of the on-screen textures will periodically turn black or white. In Mount and Blade: Bannerlord, green dots will rapidly appear and disappear all over the screen. In Dishonoured: Death of the Outsider, patches of screen will rapidly lighten and darken. The artifacts normally dissapear when I dispable the overclocking however I have experienced occasional artifacts with no overclocking enabled. GPU and CPU temps are reasonable. The GPU never gets above 80 degrees Celsius, so I don't believe this is an overheating issue. I've also reinstalled my nvidia drivers so I don't think that's the issue'. Seems to me  that the graphics card is defective, so I assume I'd be entitled to a new graphics card? Only change I've made to the system is a new SATA SSD, all the games mentioned above were installed on the original M.2 SSD though, and the issue was present before I added the SATA SSD.

On a side note, acer's customer support on this issue has been pathetic. The support website is a buggy mess. I'd frequently run into broken pages displaying error messages, or randomly have all the text change languages. I finally managed to lodge a request to get this fixed about a week and a half ago, and I still haven't received a confirmation email or any evidence that the request has gone through. I called them and the person I spoke to basically couldn't see the SNID number in his system and just said to wait for the confirmation email. Deeply regretting this purchase.
