    • Alt+F10 not working for recovery options

    How do I fix Alt F10 recovery not working on my Aspire E1-472G? It just shows this: "EFI Shell version 2.31 [4660.22136]...

    I have this problem of having a black screen with only a white cursor. Alt+ Ctrl +Del isn't working as well. Last night this laptop had an update and this morning it only stops at a black screen with a cursor. Please help.
