Acer poducts

Acer products just suck. Would not recommend to anyone useless they just wanted to though there money away. There help desk has a long wait period, the problems i am experiencing will timeout before I can speak to a human. Purchased a laptop Two days ago and it is out of warranty. It says alot about this company.

    this is a New lap top.

    Computer goes blank after about 45 minutes or less. It is not a battery issue. I purchased 4/20/2020. I have to reset it completely for it to come back on an it does the same again.

    So Acer support can replace it , but due to the current situation we have to wait more than usual...
