I want to publicly thank Acer Support for handling my warranty repair for my Acer Helios 300 Predator.  I have been having to work from home and my laptop GPU fan went out.  On Monday I contacted Acer Support via chat Case number: 200407-000202 and Sunnis D talked me through the troubleshooting and since my husband knows how to install GPU fans if they could send the part instead of me having to send the laptop.  Sunnis D worked it out that a part exchange wouldn't be needed and got approval to send out the GPU Fan 23.Q5MN4.001 directly to me, which I can't find anywhere online.  Today on 4/11 the fan showed up in the mail and my husband installed it.  I writing this message on that laptop.  Thank you for resolving this so fast during the covid-19 pandemic and getting me up and running for work.
