Press and hold the power button till the machine completely shuts off. Then press and hold the ALT and F10 keys. While still holding the keys, turn the machine back on. A recovery screen should appear as in the video below. Try to do a factory refresh while keeping your personal files. Jack E/NJ

It doesn't work. When I did this, the first image appeared and when I press F1 key for recovery environment the second image appeared and when I again press F1 key it appears again.

OK. If you haven't done so already, you will have to use Microsoft USB  Win10 installation media creation tool to repair the boot section. Go to this link to make the USB bootable repair drive. Then boot from the drive, you may have to rearrange the boot order in the BIOS and disable secure boot. Then select the troubleshooting section from the USB repair drive. Then enter the command prompt. Report back here for further instructions on how to try to repair the HDD. Jack E/NJ

If you didn't make a backup, there is always the risk of losing personal files. If they are critical, I suggest that you remove the HDD, then try to read and copy personal files from it on another machine using an HDD-to-USB port adapter. Jack E/NJ

No. There is no other way to copy data from the C drive if it won't boot. Therefore you must risk trying to make it boot from the command prompt.
Are you at the command prompt when booting from the USB stick troubleshooting section? It should look some like  X : \windows\system32\>_  with a blinking cursor on a black screen. Jack E/NJ

You will definitely lose all personal files if you decide to install new Windows from the USB installation stick instead of trying to repair the old Windows. Jack E/NJ
