Bluetooth Keyboard Connection Problems

I have a Logitech Ergo keyboard and I use it in Bluetooth mode for the battery life. For some reason, every time the keyboard turns off either manually or automatically in power save mode after about an hour of inactivity, the keyboard will not reconnected like it should. The connection becomes intermittent. I've never had this problem with any Logitech device before. I tried Logitech support, but after we realized that the keyboard doesn' have this problem on my wife's Acer, it is obviously a problem with my laptop. Power management for Bluetooth is already turned off in my Device settings. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I had to re-install the keyboard every morning before work and after every time I take a significant break. It isn't a deal breaker, but it gets a bit annoying.

Search bluetooth in the Win start menu. Click  BT settings. Click more BT options. Make sure allow BT devices to find PC is checked. Jack E/NJ

Thank you for replying, but I have other Bluetooth devices connected to my laptop. All the settings seem to be as they are supposed to be. The problem is just with this keyboard. It connects and even wakes up my laptop. but if it has been sleeping or was turned off, it will connect for about 5 seconds, disconnect for 5 seconds, connect for 5 seconds, disconnect for 5 seconds and looping like this until I uninstall the keyboard and re-install it from scratch in Bluetooth settings. If I am patient with it and just keep letting it do its thing, the problem seems to resolve itself after about 5 minutes on its own. I do not have this problem with the trackball and I did not have this problem with the previous keyboard. Its just something that only happens with this one keyboard. My trackball, Steam controller, XBox controller, phone, Bluetooth headset, all connect as they should when they wake or I turn them on.

Yeah. It might clear up for the Logitech KB with a future Win10 update.  But then mess up one or more of your other BT devices . One never knows with Win10 --- a rapidly moving target for those who write device drivers. Jack E/NJ

That is what I assumed, but I found it odd that this only happens with this keyboard and it doesn't happen on my wife's laptop. I assumed that something is conflicting, but we will probably never know what.

Do both laptops have the same Win10 version? Are both ACER laptops the same model? So many variables!! Jack E/NJ

They are two different models. My wife's laptop is a lot newer, but mine is more powerful. She also has a lot less things connected to her laptop. The Windows version is the same though.
