Hi guys,
My laptop used to have 5hours battery life for full charged as indicated on the battery bar. After the overcharge, the battery life indicator states 2 hours. And not even 10 seconds, it went down to 99%. Is there a way to fix this problem? Like a reset or something.

Yup, a reset or something. :) Which model of Swift 5 do you have? If you have a battery reset hole you can do a reset by powering down and disconnecting your charger and poking a paperclip into the hole, holding the switch down for 15-30 seconds. Once that is complete let it sit for at least 15 minutes the plug your charger back in and let it charge all the way. Once it's at a full charge turn it on normally and see if it's fixed. If not fixed it's time for something completely different. Run it on battery only until it shuts down due to low battery. Plug it in and let it charge fully with it off, then power it up and disconnect the charger again. Go through that cycle a few more times and Windows will recalibrate the battery to give you a more accurate reading.
