The Power button on My sons laptop (Acer Nitro 5 AN517-51-56YW) has stopped working and we cannot power it on. This is a very new loptop purchased  just two months ago. And it working is very important right now since this is his only connection to his school to receive and complete assignments. Imhave done the battery reset three separate times now and it kinda worked after multiple attempts but now that isn't even helping. We are completely unable to power on this device now and the almost $1000 that was spent on this is a very large sum for our family what are my options. How do we get this fixed in a timely manner since he is dependent upon it for maintaining his link with school and completing his assignments. And just FYI there has been no food or drink near this device and my son has been extremely careful with this device ( no hitting or hard pressing keys etc) please help we are in dire straights without the functionality of this device.
