Brand new Aspire A317-51G wont load nvme ssd,cant instal win 10

i just got my brand new acer a317-51g with i5 core 10 gen,8gb ram, nvme ssd 512 gb, problem is that when i start win 10 installation,and on part for creatin partition, i cant see my ssd
i did try disable secure boot, in bios i cant switch from uefi to legacy, uefi is only option, i cant nowhere find drivers for that nvme ssd to try load them ??
i did try also run hirens boot,they also does not detect ssd at all, also i did try load ubuntu instalation and again there is no my ssd, what else i can do ?
only thing whic i did not try'd is that load drivers because i cant find them nowhere

You need to install the IRST driver from acer.com
Burn this driver to a flash (NTFS). 
During the installation process, when you need to select a disk, but it is not there - click the install driver button (bottom left) and specify the path to the flash.
