1 day prior to end of warranty , my nitro is broken. I opened a service record on the Acer website and waited for their approval mail for 2 days. Nothing happened so I called and they said warranty is void and I should have called 2 days ago. I complained about this to customer relations and nothing happened for 1 and half months. Where can I reach to tell this? TIA

If you have a sent date on  the first incident log with Acer, just send it to Acer again and claim for your warranty.

thanks, yes I did and I have proof. But guy on the phone didn't care the date I have created the service log. He said My laptop should have been in their service location before warranty voids. Besides Acer don't have an authorized service in capitol city of Turkey (where I live). So how could I make it at the service?

You have to send it to the nearest service center. Google search show this: Cumhuriyet, 94. Cd. No:22, 06420 Çankaya/Ankara. Please read the warranty terms and conditions to check if Acer can reject repair in your case.  You can look here as well: https://www.acerankarateknikservis.com/  or here:https://www.ankaraacer.com/

I'm sorry to hear about your warranty issue with Acer. To escalate and address this matter effectively, you can take the following steps:

    1. Contact Acer Support Again: Try reaching out to Acer support one more time. Explain the situation calmly and provide all relevant details, such as your case number, service record, and previous interactions with customer support. Politely request that they reconsider your warranty claim due to the delayed response on their part.
    2. Email Acer Customer Support: Send an email to Acer's customer support department detailing your issue, including your laptop's serial number, warranty information, and the sequence of events. Provide a clear and concise account of your case, emphasizing the delay in their response.
    3. Social Media: Consider reaching out to Acer's official social media accounts on platforms like Twitter or Facebook. Companies often respond promptly to public messages as it showcases their commitment to customer service.
    4. Acer Community Forum: Visit Acer's community forum and share your experience. Company representatives often monitor these forums and may assist with resolving your issue.
    5. Online Reviews: Leave a review on consumer review websites like Trustpilot, Google Reviews, or the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Sometimes, public reviews can grab a company's attention and lead to a resolution.
    6. Contact Acer Regional Offices: Find the contact information for Acer's regional offices in your country. These offices may have dedicated customer service teams that can assist with escalated issues.
    7. Legal Options: If all else fails, consult with a legal professional or consumer protection agency in your area. They can advise you on your rights and potential legal recourse, especially if the warranty claim is valid.

When communicating with Acer, always maintain a polite and professional tone, and keep records of all correspondence, including dates and names of representatives you spoke with. This documentation can be valuable if you need to escalate the issue further.
