Firstly, sorry for my basic English.

This is my second year with my predator. I used it very hard and for long hours and I think it has exhausted. At the first time of our relationship, I was able to play LoL with high graphics while Football Manager was open in the background but now I feel the heat, I hear the high sound of the fans and I hesitate to play any game more than 1 hour. I don't want to make it worse and I do research how can I make it better to prevent making it worst.

List of the things that I did until now:

-Ordered thermal liquid and I watched multiple videos about how to apply it.
-Ordered cooler to put it under it.
-Decreased CPU's power to %75.
-Deleted all the unnecessary applications working in the background.
-Tested on userbenchmark.com and felt very bad about it, results are in the below.

Questions:
-What is the real effect of decreasing CPU's power, I'm not talking about undervolt btw.
-Does undervolting healthy for my laptop and what is the value that I need to do for my model.
-What else can I do?
-Are there any other devices that I need to check after a long term of high usage like thermal liquid and cleaning the bags of dust of the fans.

UserBenchmarks: Game 14%, Desk 40%, Work 29%
CPU: Intel Core i7-7700HQ - 40%
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 630 - 6.4%
SSD:  HFS256G39TND-N210A 256GB - 66.2%
RAM: Kingston ACR26D4S9S8MH-8 2x8GB - 74%
MBD: Acer Predator G3-571

Thanks in advance.
