Nitrosense blinkng error

Hello, I have a problem with nitrosense app. When I click on the nitrosense icon it begins to blink, and it looks as if it was shutted down, but in my task manager it looks like it is running. I have tried to reinstall, downloaded lattest version, read some advices etc. I have Nitro 515-42. I bought this laptop in august 2019. I hope You guys can help me to find solution.

1)close all nitrosense services in task manager 
2)open cmd as administrator and type 
                        lodctr /R
(R must be in capital letters exact how i written)
3)after typing this command press enter then close CMD and open nitrosense

Click yes if it works
