I have an older 7750G-6854 that originally was installed with Win7 but was upgraded with Win10 back when it was a free upgrade. The system has gotten very buggy and I may need to wipe it clean. Is there a way to reinstall the OS and keep the Win10 upgrade? i have seen the support articles about restoring to the factory default but I believe that would load the Win7 OS. Thanks in advance.

Press the Win key. Click 'settings' gear icon. Click  'Update & Security'. Click 'recovery'. Click 'reset this PC'. This should go back to the original Win10 installation, not Win7 any more, with an option to keep your personal files or an erase everything option. The keyword is should. Win10 is unpredictable at times. If the bugginess started more recently, say within the last month or so, a restore point may bring you back to the way the machine was about a month ago. Jack E/NJ
